A 45–60 minute Sounding — the first conversation. We listen. We decide together whether the practice is the right partner, and if so, in what shape.
We co-fill the Discovery Workbook across one to seven Soundings, depending on tier. We surface what you already know. We propose what you do not yet know.
We take the Workbook away and produce the Strategy Blueprint — the structured synthesis of who your brand is, who it is for, and what it does next. We deliver it in a dedicated Strategy Presentation Sounding.
From the Strategy Blueprint, we co-fill the Execution Plan — what gets done, by whom, when. The Performance Tracker goes live the same day.
We meet monthly through the engagement period. At the close, you receive the Bearings — the brand-coded compass you will keep — and the engagement closes deliberately.
The Discovery Workbook gathers what we need to know. The Strategy Blueprint is what we produce. The Execution Plan is what gets built. The Performance Tracker watches it across the months. The Portfolio Companion sits above for visionaries running more than one body of work. The Bearings is the brand-coded compass you keep on your desk after we are done.
