The practice was founded by Tracy Chinweikpe Eze-Kpanuku — also known publicly as 3racy — to do what most brand-strategy practices do not: build brands for visionaries who can feel what they want their work to be but cannot yet articulate it; build brands using the received frameworks of the discipline while delivering them in a voice that does not sound like anyone else’s; and close the engagement when the brand can hold itself, rather than cultivating dependence.
The practice does soul-farming work. We do not graft a brand onto a visionary. We surface, structure, and sharpen what is already in their soil — and where the soil is bare, we plant deliberately, and they tend what grows.
