All consulting engagements are governed by The Covenant (client agreement), which defines scope, deliverables, and fees per engagement.

Digital Products

Products sold via Selar are delivered under a non-transferable personal-use licence. Redistribution is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The Resonance Protocol and all named deliverables are proprietary to THERACYREAPER LTD. Client deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  • 7+ days before first session: Full refund
  • Within 7 days of first session: 50% refund minus delivered work
